ছেলেদের ত্বক ও চুলের যত্নে ১০ টিপস

ভালো ও সুন্দর থাকার জন্য নিজের প্রতি যত্ন নেওয়া উচিত ছেলেমেয়ে নির্বিশেষে সবার। ছেলেদের ত্বক ও চুলের যত্নে জেনে নিন কিছু টিপস।

১. ত্বক ভালো রাখতে নিয়মিত ময়েশ্চারাইজার ব্যবহার করা জরুরি। গোসলের পর লোশন বা ফেস ময়েশ্চারাইজার লাগান মুখের ত্বকে। হাত, পা ও শরীরের অন্যান্য অংশে লাগান বডি লোশন বা ময়েশ্চারাইজার। ত্বক থাকবে স্বাস্থ্যোজ্জ্বল। পাশাপাশি প্রতিদিন পর্যাপ্ত পানি পান করতে ভুলবেন না।

২. শেভ করার সময় অবশ্যই ভালো মানের শেভিং ক্রিম ব্যবহার করবেন। শেভ করার পর অনেকেরই ত্বক রুক্ষ ও লালচে হয়ে যায়। এ থেকে পরিত্রাণ পেতে চাইলে শেভিং ক্রিমে অ্যান্টি-অক্সিডেন্ট উপাদান আছে কিনা সেটা দেখে কিনবেন।

৩. ত্বক নিয়মিত পরিষ্কার রাখা খুব জরুরি। ধুলা, ময়লা ও তেল জমে লোমকূপ বন্ধ হয়ে গেলে ব্রণ, ব্ল্যাকহেডশের মতো সমস্যা দেখা দিতে পারে। সকালে ও রাতে ফেশওয়াশ দিয়ে পরিষ্কার করুন ত্বক।

৪. বাইরে বের হওয়ার আগে অবশ্যই সানস্ক্রিন ব্যবহার করুন ত্বকে।

৫. শ্যাম্পু নির্বাচনের সময় ছেলেদের জন্য বিশেষভাবে তৈরি শ্যাম্পু বেছে নিন। কারণ নারীদের চাইতে পুরুষদের মাথার ত্বকে বেশ কিছু পার্থক্য থাকে।

৬. অনেকে মনে করেন মেয়েদের চুলের জন্য বা লম্বা চুলের জন্যই কন্ডিশনার ব্যবহার করা জরুরি। তবে ধারণাটি সঠিক নয়। ছেলেদের চুলের জন্যও কন্ডিশনার ব্যবহার করতে হবে।

৭. ত্বকের তারুণ্য ধরে রখার জন্য পানিজাতীয় ফল ও শাকসবজি খান বেশি করে। টমেটো, শসা, তরমুজ, লেবু, পালং শাক, ব্রকোলি খান নিয়মিত।

৮. বাইরে বের হওয়ার আগে পেট্রোলিয়াম জেলির ছোট একটি কৌটা বা লিপবাম নিয়ে বের হবেন। প্রয়োজন মতো ব্যবহার করবেন ঠোঁটে। ঠোঁট থাকবে মসৃণ।

৯. অনেকে দাঁড়ি রাখেন। সেক্ষেত্রে নিয়মিত পরিষ্কার করবেন দাঁড়ি। শ্যাম্পু বা ফেশওয়াশ ব্যবহার করতে পারেন দাঁড়ি পরিষ্কারের জন্য। তবে অতিরিক্ত শ্যাম্পু ব্যবহার করবেন না। এতে রুক্ষ হয়ে যেতে পারে দাঁড়ি।

১০. পর্যাপ্ত ঘুম নিশ্চিত করুন। ৭ থেকে ৮ ঘণ্টা ঘুমাবেন প্রতিদিন। ভালো থাকবে ত্বক ও চুল।
