এই শীতে চুলের যত্নঃ 

বছরের শেষ সময়। আর শীতের আবির্ভাব। প্রকৃতিতে

পাওয়া যাচ্ছে ঠাণ্ডা শীতের আভাস। শুষ্ক ও ধুলোযুক্ত এ

সময়ে চুলের জন্য চাই অধিক সময় আর অধিক যত্ন। 

এ সময়ের সব থেকে বড় সমস্যা হল খুশকি। যা অকালে

চুল ঝরে পড়ার অন্যতম প্রধান কারন। তাই এসময়ে চুলের

বাড়তি যত্নে হেয়ারোবিক্সের ঋষি রোজারিও জানিয়েছেন

কিছু টিপস-

১. শীতকাল মানেই শুষ্ক সময়। চুল এ সময়ে হয়ে উঠে খুব 

রুক্ষ। অবশই নিয়ম করে সপ্তাহে ২-৩ দিন ভালো ভাবে 

গরম তেল মালিশ করতে হবে। তেলের সাথে লেবুর রস

দিতে হবে যদি খুব খুশকি থাকে। নারকেল তেল অথবা

জলপাইয়ের তেল ব্যাবহার করাটা বেশি শ্রেয় হবে।

চাকরিজীবীরা অন্তত ছুটির দিনগুলোতে চুলের জন্য সময় দিবেন।

২. মাসে ১-২ বার টকদই, তেলের সাথে মিশিয়ে প্যাক 

বানিয়ে ব্যাবহার করলে চুলের রুক্ষতা চলে যাবে। 

৩. বড় চুলে নিতে হবে বাড়তি যত্ন। রঙ করা অথবা

রিবন্ডিং চুলের জন্য মাসে ১-২ বার সেলুন অথবা পার্লারে

গিয়ে ধরন বুঝে হেয়ার কেয়ার ট্রিটমেন্ট নিতে হবে। 

যতটা সম্ভব হেয়ার জেল/ স্প্রে/ আয়রন থেকে দূরে থাকতে হবে।

৪. চুলের শুষ্কতা দূর করতে অথবা চুলকে কোমল রাখতে এলোবেরা জেল

ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। এই জেল শুধু মাত্র চুলের রুক্ষতাই কমাবেনা, 

চুল পড়া অনেকাংশে কমিয়ে দিবে। 

৫. যতই শীত পড়ুক, অবশ্যই প্রতিদিন ভালো করে গোসল করে

মাথার চুল ধুতে হবে। মোট কথা, চুলে কোনো ধুলো-ময়লা জমতে

দেয়া যাবেনা। অবেই চুল থাকবে ঝলমল ও প্রাণবন্ত। 

হেয়ার স্টাইলে পারদর্শী মডেল চন্দন মজুমদার তার চুল নিয়ে খুব সচেতন। 

কর্মজীবনের শত বাস্ততার মধ্যেও তিনি সপ্তাহে ১-২ দিন ভালো ভাবে হালকা গরম

জলপাই তেলের সাথে ভিটামিন ই ক্যাপসুল মিশিয়ে চুলে ব্যবহার করেন।

চুলের যত্নের ব্যাপারে তার সাথে কথা হলে তিনি বলেন- 

" চুলের বাহারি স্টাইল তখনই সম্ভব, যখন চুল থাকবে প্রানবন্ত ও সুস্থ। 

চাকরী জীবনে ছুটির দিন ছাড়া একদম সময় পাইনা আমি। তাই কর্মদিবসের ১-২ দিন আমি রাতে ভালো করে

অলিভ ওয়েলের সাথে ভিটামিন-ই ক্যাপসুল মিশিয়ে সারা রাত রেখে সকালে শ্যাম্পু করে কাজে বের হয়ে যাই। 

আর যেহেতু আমার চুল খুবই ঘন, আবার তার উপর শুটিং থাকলেতো কথাই নাই,

সেক্ষেত্রে শুক্রবার অথবা ছুটির দিনে টক-দই কিংবা পাকা কলার প্যাক ব্যবহার করি।

কষ্ট আর হাস্যকর হলেও আমি এই যত্নটা নেই। কারন আমি আমার চুলকে খুব ভালোবাসি। আর টাক হয়ে কান্না করার থেকে 

চুলের যত্ন নিয়ে চুলকে বাঁচানো, আমি বেশি বুদ্ধিমানের কাজ বলে মনে করি। ছেলে-মেয়ে সবারই উচিৎ নিজের চুলের যত্ন নেওয়া। "

Chandan Majumdar is one of the promising rising model of the time. In the dazzling world of modelling many people assumes, Chandan is a dashing a bit arrogant tough guy. Chandan’s popularity among female fans has already established a playboy image of him, though Chandan himself says, this playboy image doesn’t suit him in real life as he never like to play, he treats women with high respect instead. To his family Chandan is still the ‘mama’s little boy’. However, he fought bravely at the hardest time of his life last year, when his mother diagnosed with cancer. How the ‘mom and son” win the battle against cancer proves how responsible and committed he is to his family. Among his female friends Chand has a really good boy image. Girls who personally knows him says, undoubtedly, Chandan is very relay able and honest. Chandans best quality is he shows respect to all women. In fact, the so called playboy image causes him embarrassment. Chandan loves to make friends. His friends are his world in deed. He is a very caring person in real life.
